Acpsystem is a System Integrator that started its activity in 2018 and that through the enhancement of young talents with its Academies has built a team of professionals specialized in the various sectors in which it operates:
- ERP (Enterprice Resource Planning) with particular reference to the SAP platform
- LOW CODE development with low environmental impact through the NEPTUNE SOFTWARE platform
- MOM/MES Factory systems with SEDAPTA Group solutions integrated in the SAP / BTP world
- A.I. – Computer Vision through the technologies of COGNIAC and MVTEC

SUSTAINABILITY
This goal as a priority indicates to us that the strategic direction of sustainability in Acpsystem will focus, as far as people are concerned, on the issue of training and mental health and well-being. More specifically, our action plan will therefore define objectives, actions and KPIs with regard to this issue.
Thanks to the Smart Working and NO-Relocation policy, Acpsystem expects not to emit 31.89 tons of CO2 into the environment by 2023!
3.4 Reduce premature mortality from noncommunicable diseases by one third through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being.
4.4 Substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have the necessary skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurial ability.
4.7 Ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to promote sustainable development through, inter alia, education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and valuing cultural diversity and the contribution of culture to sustainable development.
This goal as a priority indicates to us that the strategic direction of sustainability in Acpsystem will focus, as far as the environment is concerned, on the theme of responsible consumption. Our action plan will therefore define objectives, actions and KPIs for this theme.

12.3 Halve global “pro capite” food waste in retail and consumer food waste and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses.
12.8 Ensure that people around the world have relevant information and awareness on sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature.
These goals as priorities indicate to us that the strategic direction of sustainability in Acpsystem will focus, as far as prosperity is concerned, on the theme of sustainable economic growth. Our action plan will therefore define objectives, actions and KPIs regarding these issues.
8.2 Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high value-added sectors and labour-intensive sectors.
8.3 Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and foster the formalization and growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services.
8.4 Progressively improve global resource efficiency in consumption and production in an effort to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, in accordance with the 10-year framework of programs on sustainable consumption and production, with developed countries taking the lead.
8.6 Substantially reduce the proportion of unemployed young people who are not in education or training.

We periodically organize academies for training in digital skills on SAP solutions.
Young talents, through our Academies, have the opportunity to become professionals in the SAP field through training courses based on theoretical learning and with periods of coaching in Training on the Job.
At the end of the course, the virtuous talents will be included in the Acpsystem team of specialists.
Approximately 1,200 hours of training provided in 2022.
